APPOINTMENTS

Appointments may be scheduled 7 days a week in-person, over the phone and online. All new Guests are required to secure their services with a credit card.

As a courtesy to our Service Providers and fellow Guests, we kindly ask that you arrive on time in order to receive your full service. We realize that life gets in the way at times and will try our best to accommodate you. If we are running late, we will do our best to notify you before your service.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, Jordan Thomas asks that you give a minimum of 24hrs notice for a single service and 48hrs for multiple services. Less notice may result in a 50% charge of the scheduled services.

No shows and repeat Guest cancellations are costly to both the Salon Company and the Service Provider. Both of these actions will result in a 50% charge of services scheduled and a full deposit to secure future appointments.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Accepted forms of payment are Cash, Check (with proper identification), Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Please note, there is a $35 fee for all returned checks.

Gratuity is left to the discretion of the Guest and is accepted in cash or personal check. Gratuities may not be left on a credit card or gift card. Both locations have an ATM for your convenience.

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards may be purchased in-store and online and are redeemable towards services and products. Gift Cards will expire 4 years after date of purchase. Gift Card must be present at time of service and are not redeemable for cash.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

We want you to love your home care products! In the event it's not the right product for you, we ask that you return gently used products within 14 days for a full refund. Sales on all discounted items are final.

Should you be unsatisfied with a service, please notify us within 3 business days. It's everything to us that you love the results of your services. We will gladly schedule you for an adjustment. Refunds are not given for services rendered.

CHILDREN

We love Children too! However, the Salon and Spa are a place to unwind and escape for a short while. Well behaved Children of 8yrs and up are welcome to sit quietly in our waiting area. For extended periods of time, please make child care arrangements.

PETS

As much as we love our furry friends, please leave your pets at home. The State Board of Cosmetology and the board of Consumer Affairs have specific rules and regulations stating that no animals are allowed in a salon at any time. Service animals will be permitted, but not emotional support animals.
