Appointments

Appointments may be scheduled 7 days a week in-person, over the phone and online. All new Guests are required to secure their services with a credit card.

As a courtesy to our Service Providers and fellow Guests, we kindly ask that you arrive on time in order to receive your full service. We realize that life gets in the way at times and will try our best to accommodate you. If we are running late, we will do our best to notify you before your service.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, Jordan Thomas asks that you give a minimum of 24hrs notice for a single service and 48hrs for multiple services. There may be a charge for a no-show or cancellation.

No shows and repeat Guest cancellations are costly to both the Salon Company and the Service Provider. After a no-show or cancellation, we will require a 50% non-refundable deposit for future appointments.

Methods of Payment

Accepted Forms of Payment:

We gladly accept Cash, Personal Checks (with proper identification), Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Please note that there is a $35 fee for all returned checks.

A Note About Payments: Supporting Small Business

Beginning March 2025, a 3% Salon Operating Fee will be added to all transactions. As a small business, this modest fee plays a crucial role in helping us stay afloat amidst rising operating costs and allows us to continue doing what we love - delivering the exceptional salon experience you’ve come to expect.

Cash Discount Available: We’re happy to offer a cash discount where this 3% fee does not apply. You can take advantage of this by paying with cash or personal check (with valid ID). Please note we’re unable to accept checks written for an amount higher than the service total, including tips.

Gratuity:

Gratuity is entirely at the discretion of our guests and can be left in cash or via a card payment. Please be aware that gratuities cannot be left on gift cards.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards may be purchased in-store and online and are redeemable towards services and products. Gift Cards will expire 4 years after date of purchase. Gift Card must be present at time of service and are not redeemable for cash.

Product Returns / Refunds

We want you to love your home care products! In the event it's not the right product for you, we ask that you return gently used products within 14 days for a full refund. Please note, unless defective, all sales on brushes, styling tools (flat-irons, blow-dryers, etc), and hair accessories (hair-bands, barrettes, clips etc), makeup, and discounted items are final.

Service Satisfaction Policy

Your satisfaction means everything to us. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us within 3 business days of your appointment. We welcome the opportunity to make it right and will gladly schedule an adjustment within 2 weeks of your original service.

Sometimes a small refinement by your original designer is all that's needed, or you may feel more comfortable working with someone new - either way, we’re here to listen and support you. While refunds are not offered for services rendered, we are committed to ensuring you love your results and will go above and beyond to make that happen.

Personal Items

Jordan Thomas cannot be responsible for the loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories. For your convenience, we can hang up any articles of clothing during your appointment. Jewelry and accessories are advised to be removed during your visit to prevent loss or damage.

Children

We love children and welcome well-behaved guests under 10 years old for hair services at a 25% discount.

While we strive to create a welcoming environment, the salon and spa is also a place for relaxation and self-care. For the safety and comfort of all guests, please note:

- Children under 8 may not be left unattended in the waiting area.
- If your child is not receiving a service, we kindly ask that they remain seated and supervised at all times.
- Our salon and spa contains sharp tools and chemical products; running, spinning, or climbing on furniture is strongly discouraged to prevent injury.
- For longer appointments, we recommend making child care arrangements so you can fully enjoy your experience.

Pets

As much as we love our furry friends, please leave your pets at home. The State Board of Cosmetology and the board of Consumer Affairs have specific rules and regulations stating that no animals are allowed in a salon at any time. Service animals will be permitted, but not emotional support animals.

Can I Have My Color Formula?

Hair color formulas are considered intellectual property of Jordan Thomas and are not available for purchase.
